I have taken several of her courses and have enjoyed each and every one. She teaches in a way that is easy for the newbie or the pro to understand. Her fun-loving and humorous personality shines through and makes it a fun learning experience. And she shares the nutrition training and how-to’s so you learn WHY these various ingredients are helpful and HOW to make recipes that include them.
Taking this shorter Fermentation class is a good way to get a taster (haha pun intended) of what some of the other courses and more intense Culinary Nutrition Expert program are like.
I have found ALL of the Academy’s courses worth it and very enjoyable!
